Beanfly - Privacy Policy

Beanfly ("the app") is provided by On The Ground Productions ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app handles, and how you can request deletion of your data.

Your shopping lists stay on your device

Everything you create in Beanfly - your items, lists, quantities, prices, and settings - is stored only on your device. We do not collect it, transmit it, or have any access to it. Beanfly needs no account and works fully offline. We show no ads and do not track your activity in the app.

Purchases (Beanfly Plus)

If you subscribe to Beanfly Plus, the payment is processed by Google Play, which acts as the merchant of record; your payment details (such as your card number) go to Google and are never seen by or shared with us. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. Through Google Play and RevenueCat we receive limited purchase information - which product you bought, whether your subscription is active, and its renewal or expiry - together with an anonymous identifier RevenueCat assigns.

We use this only to (a) unlock and maintain your Plus features, and (b) understand overall subscription performance in aggregate. We do not receive your full payment details, we never sell your data, and we never use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Who processes this data

Purchase information is handled on our behalf by our service providers Google Play and RevenueCat. We do not share it with any other third parties. Data is encrypted in transit.

Data retention and deletion

How to request deletion of your data

Email support@onthegroundproductions.com from the email associated with your request, with the subject line "Beanfly - delete my data".

What we delete: your purchase and customer record held by us in RevenueCat (purchase history and the anonymous identifier associated with your subscription).
What is kept, and why: we may retain limited transaction records where required for legal, tax and accounting obligations. Payment records held by Google Play are governed by Google's own policy.
Timeframe: we will action deletion requests within 30 days.
Your shopping lists are stored only on your device and are never sent to us - to remove them, simply clear the app's data or uninstall the app.

Children

Beanfly is a general-audience app and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
